TransBar is a free application for Windows that allows you to apply a transparency affect to your Windows taskbar.

Its working is very simple. All you have to do is to input how transparent you want the bar to be and just adjust it to your liking.

You will have other options like adjusting the start of the program. Also TransBar does not use much system resources, which it makes it that much better of an application to have installed on your computer!
